About Our Room:
Strengthening partnerships with public, private, and civil society to address access to capital and finance to foster and facilitate growth for BIPOC organizations through education and capital deployment challenges. Discuss the opportunities and risks associated with access to capital, and the implications of operating without access to capital and finance. Discuss trends, influences and impacts that are redefining access to capital and finance; and establish partnerships and programmes to help BIPOC entrepreneurs by influencing and shaping policies that will impact and amplify access.

About Our Room:
Building change through culture and fostering core values that motivates and drives the behavior for common concern, shared interests and facilitating a more robust organizational climate that amplifies equity, inclusion and belonging. Through the exploration of building blocks that engages people as a collective, motivates and empowers momentum for change to build and strengthen organisations where people are valued as individuals and not transactional. Gain an appreciation and understanding of strategies and tools for leading through unprecedented change, organizational strategy and culture that builds leadership capability and capacity to respond to challenges and builds momentum for change.

Through exploration of strategies and combined efforts of employers, employees and society for the improvement of health and well-being of BIPOC at work. Sharing techniques and programs that strives to make the workplace a more enjoyable place to optimize engagement and amplifying the best outcomes for individuals, organizations and society.

About Our Room:
Exploration and evaluation of relationships and how they play an important role in enabling financial innovation and proliferating investment opportunities with financial institutions and policymakers for BIPOC individuals. Highlighting perspectives and discussions about the most pertinent issues affecting the Canadian and global financial markets to embrace and enable opportunities for racialized individuals. Learn about tools and navigate pathways that are essential to investment, advisory services and investment portfolios in which BIPOC individuals can optimize financial resources and realize their financial goals through portfolio growth, development and market leadership.

About Our Room:
Our society demands leadership that reflects the mosaic of diversity and a new paradigm of adaptability to foster citizenship and an inclusive culture. The need to look beyond traditional leadership models and frameworks is crucial to this new leadership capability and context required for BIPOC to build a resilient and inclusive society. Inclusion requires intentional commitment amplified by action to build new ways of thinking and creating a societal and organizational culture that allows BIPOC unique contributions to be valued, harness their talents and be empowered through engagement, and innovation programs to realize their full potential.
